Out of stock

I have pastoral visitor cards left from a series of workshops last fall/winter and I want to make a package available at a reduced price. They are available only until supplies run out.

Included in the package are a selection of 40 professionally printed  5″ x 7″ cards with a colour photograph on one side and a scripture, reflection, and prayer on the other. Postage is included in the price.

There are six themes: Fall/Gratitude, Advent (limited numbers), Winter Remembering, Lent & Easter, Spring & Summer and In Time of Grief/Loss. You receive a selection of each theme.

The cards are appreciated by both clergy and lay pastoral visitors who bring them to share (and leave) during a visit. The cards are also used in Sunday worship, in nursing homes, or left out for people to pick up and bring or send to friends.

Here is a sample of the Fall/Gratitude card.  Front Autumn Gratitude . Back Autumn Gratitude .

Email me if you would like to preview other cards or have questions.
(I’m sorry — available in Canada and the USA only.)

We just received the “Pastoral Visiting Cards”! I well know that I should be used to the amazing resources that Janice shares, but she continues to amaze me! These are a wonderful resource which our Pastoral Care Team will be so happy to share with our sick and shut-in members. God has blessed Janice abundantly and Wesley is grateful for the many meaningful resources we have been able to access through The Prayer Bench. Thank you, Janice for your ministry!

    Thank you Linda!

Our Congregational Care Team uses these beautiful cards regularly. They’ve become a valued part of our visitation ministry. The short scripture, reflection and sentence prayer equips lay visitors with a ministry resource they can offer during a visit and a gift the individual receiving it can linger with and enjoy in the days following. We also use the card on loss and grief as part of card ministry, and often receive heartfelt appreciation for the sensitive message expressed.
